Israel

In the Book of Romans, Chapter 10, verses 1 – 4, the Gospel reads; “Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to GOD for Israel is, that they might be saved.  For I bear them record that they have a zeal of GOD, but not according to knowledge .  For they being ignorant of GOD’S righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of GOD.  For  CHRIST IS the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.”

Just as Paul bears record of CHRIST, so do I.  JESUS  spoke to Paul in a blinding vision and audible voice ( Acts, Chapter 9, 1 – 15 ).   JESUS  revealed HIMSELF  to me 42 years ago by reaching HIS arm to pull my car out  from being crushed under an 18 wheeler (see my first blog post for the details.)  The face on the Shroud is the face of WHO saved me that day.  JESUS  is alive!

Paul’s desire, just as is the desire of the FATHER and JESUS, is that Israel would receive salvation.  

This is the time of the year that we prepare to celebrate the birth of CHRIST, THE SAVIOR of the world, the MESSIAH, the Great I AM!  Let us pray that Israel’s eyes would be opened to the LOVE of GOD through HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON JESUS CHRIST .  Amen and Amen.
