In Revelation, Chapter 4, verses 10 and 11, the Bible reads: ” The twenty – four Elders fall before HIM that liveth forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne saying, THOU art worthy, O LORD, to receive Glory and Honor and Power; for THOU hast created all things, and for THY pleasure they are and were created.”
This stated fact is a description of the shear honor that will be displayed by all, great and small in the Kingdom of Heaven toward our Creator. The PRESENCE of the LORD carries such Glory and Power that you can do nothing else but worship HIM. We were created for HIS pleasure and HE loves us beyond measure. When you come to truly know HIM, you will bow in Worship to HIM.
These verses of Scripture shows that even the noblest of HIS followers give All honor to HIM WHO IS WORTHY.
There are so many throughout the old and new testement that have dedicated and devoted all to obeying GOD and to being used of HIM. Yet, they will bow to honor and cast their crowns before HIS throne.
We can not imagine how our Creator, WHO made us in HIS own image, must feel about us. What HE sufferred for HIS OWN creation to be whole again and born again unto HIM.
HE deserves our full worship now and forever.
It matters not how great our works are that are done for HIS NAME here on earth. The bigger your crown, the more you will realize the Grace of GOD and how Worthy HE IS to receive all Glory and Honor forever.
Yes, those around the throne cry Holy, Holy, Holy IS the LAMB. For HE IS Truly HOLY beyond our imagination.
Let us strive to be changed in our daily ways, and never get caught up in how much we do for others. Instead, Give thanks to the LORD, for HE IS GOOD, and HIS MERCY Endures Forever. Amen
In Psalm 34, verse 2, the Scripture reads: ” My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear therof and be glad.”
I praise the LORD, for HE IS Worthy. When praise comes from a humble and sincere heart, it has power and also witnesses to our mind and builds up the believers heart as well.
Yes, there will be some who are judgmental of our boast in the LORD and even some who will be offended or bring ridicule. In the time that JESUS walked in HIS ministry on earth, HE suffered rejection and ridicule as well. However, it did not alter HIS ways, HE continued to walk in Love and Power, bringing praise continually to the FATHER.
The Bible teaches that the Joy of the LORD Is our Strength. When you lift up GOD with heartfelt praise, you receive strength and hope. HE IS Faithful to HIS WORD.
The Bible also teaches that you are not exempt of trials and troubles but that The LORD will bring you through them all. Our boast is in the LORD!
This past week at church, our pastor, in his message, said something that stuck with me and is a simple truth.
He said, in the beginning there was Adam and Eve. They lived in the garden and communed with GOD. Also, there wasn’t any sort of problems or worries. However, when man and woman sinned under the deception of satan, they were expelled from the garden, and since then troubles, false gods and idles began to surface.
Remember, in the beginning, there was ONE GOD: THE TRINITY; FATHER, SON AND HOLY SPIRIT.
That is how it was and will always be!
Fabricated gods and idles carry no hope or peace; only doom and deferred torment.
I know this is very straightforward, however, the truth remains unchanged.
We were created in the Image of GOD, not evolved from apes or other creatures. Adam and Eve were the first inhabitants! Man and woman! Yet HIS Way IS tender and merciful, to accept all people. Sinners like you and I.
HE died an underserved death on the cross for us to receive forgiveness and salvation and return to a right place with HIM.
So don’t take the heat from the truth that I have spoken. We all have the same opportunity. Don’t let it pass.
Ask JESUS to reveal the Truth to you. Be sincere and you will be changed.
Glory to GOD in the highest and Peace on earth, Good Will to men, in JESUS NAME. Amen.
In Phillipians, Chapter 2, Verses 3- 5 reads: ” Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than themselves. Look not on every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. Let this mind be in you, which was also in CHRIST JESUS:”
Paul clearly proclaims GOD’S Will for our lives here. From the beginning, humility was honored by GOD. Charity ( Love) for others more than ourselves is GOD’S Way. Being more focused on what you can give instead of what you can receive. Give without letting everyone know and don’t give with the wrong attitude.
The gospel says, don’ let your left hand know what the right hand has given. Just “give” without overthinking. Give of your time, your attention, your resources, your prayers , your ears and your life. Even in praying, the Gospel tells us not to pray to be seen as holy, instead pray in private before GOD.
There is a popular praise song that says,” I give myself away, I give myself away so YOU can use me, here I am, here I stand, Lord my life is in YOUR Hands, LORD, I’m longing to see YOUR desires revealed in me.”
JESUS gave HIMSELF away for you and I. HE gave HIMSELF fully to the plan of the FATHER for restoration of humanity to HIMSELF. HE set the Perfect example.
Don’t receive this as a shortfall but instead as an encouragement in HIS WORD. HE uses the “givers” and is pleased with those that humbly serve. Give yourself away, so HE can use you.
I know that I can do better and will be reminded even now.
Today, a dear friend and saint, at 87 years old, went to be with the LORD.
She was a powerhouse for CHRIST. With the joy of the LORD, she pursued to be used of HIM for healing, encouragement, testimony, mentoring, and the salvation of others.
Her ministry was one of prayer, seeking and being moved by the HOLY SPIRIT to proclaim GOD’S power and love to all.
Hazel was a woman of GOD, a treasure in the eyes of CHRIST and all her friends here on earth.
We will all sorely miss her but the effect that she had on our lives will live on in our hearts and in our ways.
She had a very strong, heartfelt love for the Catholic people. Her desire was that they would receive the “fullness” of GOD’S HOLY SPIRIT and the fullness of the knowledge of GOD’S miracle working power in and through their lives. She actually had a ministry in New Jersey years ago in which she was mightily used of GOD and witnessed HIS transforming power in people’s lives. She was always impressed by the genuine tenderness, humility and respect for GOD that many exhibited. Her goal was to help them understand their use in HIS Giftings of the SPIRIT for freedom and for HIS Glory’s work in both their lives and the lives of others.
I can almost see her face “shine” as she met our CREATOR ….
Hazel, we will always love you and be moved by your examples of CHRIST.
I pray GOD’S Peace and healing upon the hearts of her family and friends.

Colossians, Chapter 4, verses 2- 6; “Continue in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Withal praying for us, that GOD would open unto us a day of utterance, to speak the mystery of CHRIST, for which I am also in bonds: That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”

In 1 Thessalonians, Chapter 1 verses 3 – 5, the Gospel reads; Remembering without ceasing ( always remember) your work of faith and labor of love ( great commission), and patience of hope in Our LORD JESUS CHRIST, in the sight of GOD and Our FATHER ( perseverance in the knowledge of GOD’S ever present help and the knowledge of HIS Salvation); Knowing, brethren, beloved, your election of GOD ( knowing my dear brothers and sisters, your call of GOD). For our Gospel came not unto you in word only but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; (Don’t be mistaken, it’s for real! We don’t walk in this call on our own, but with GOD’S Power in and through the HOLY SPIRIT)
My friends, don’t think HE can’t use you for HIS Glory. If you are a willing, believing vessel, HE will accomplish HIS task and Will through you.
Why? Because HE wants you to be an example of HIS SON in this world and to have a relationship with HIM.
Stay on course, be of good cheer, for “HE IS with us always, even to the end of the age.” Glory to our GOD, in JESUS NAME. AMEN.
Paul , an Apostle, ( not of men, neither by man, but by JESUS CHRIST, and GOD The FATHER, WHO raised HIM from the dead.) Galatians, Chapter 1, Verse 1.
Paul, an “Apostle” is a stated fact. “Called” of GOD, is a fact. The method of HIS calling was through a blinding and audible voice of JESUS CHRIST. This is described in Acts Chapter 9. Please read.
Saul whose name was changed by GOD to Paul, was called by GOD to be HIS witness unto the Gentiles. (Non Jewish people). His calling was clear and miraculous and he was Faithful in fullfilling it.
Many today are called and GOD still speaks supernaturally, however more times than not, HE speaks to our heart. I believe this is to develop a relationship with HIM, through The HOLY SPIRIT. To hear HIS voice within your heart requires a level of commitment to Faith. Not to say that Paul did not require an abundance of Faith to pursue GOD’S calling on his life after his supernatural encounter. He surely did, as well as does those that hear GOD speak to their heart. Don’t be fooled, they each must battle doubt on occassion that tries to challenge their Faith and knowledge of what GOD has prepared for them to accomplish.
However, if HE calls you to a work or task to accomplish for HIM, HE will surely empower you to achieve it. If HE calls you, it is necessary to obey. You can ask The LORD to confirm it, but don’t ignore HIS calling. Once you decide to follow then encourage yourself in Faith and The WORD. Faith is the opposite of doubt. So choose Faith and stand on HIS WORD , which is Truth, Life and Power. Also stand on and through HIS NAME; JESUS CHRIST of Nazareth, Our LORD and Savior, WHO IS seated at the Right HAND of the FATHER! HE IS Our Cornerstone.
When I think of what the Apostles and Disciples of JESUS endured after HIS death and Resurrection , it amazes me beyond words. They stood strong in their Faith in the midst of terrible persecution. And yes, there are still many today sharing the Gospel worldwide that endure great persecution. Let us remember them in prayer, and lift them up before the LORD daily. It makes a difference. The Gospel reminds us to not get weary in prayer or well doing.
Remember we are not all called into great ministry work or world wide endeavors, however, we are all called to receive GOD’S Grace. To accept it, is your choice. HE will not force HIS Enduring Love upon you. It is your free will. If you have not asked HIM to come into your life or if you feel HIM tugging upon your heart, just say Yes LORD!
If you make the choice to let HIM into your heart and rule your life, you are saved. That is HIS Promise. Now turn to HIS WORD, find a Bible believing Church, get baptized and trust that HE will direct your steps and reveal HIS plans for your life.
Be encouraged in HIM and encourage one another for this is a Call that can change your life or the life of another.
The Shroud is the linen which wrapped our LORD JESUS CHRIST at HIS burial and Resurrection.

The same night that JESUS was betrayed, while having supper with HIS disciples, HE took bread, and Blessed it and broke it, gave it to HIS disciples and said , take and eat for this is MY BODY. And HE took the cup and gave thanks and gave it to them saying, drink ye all of it; For this is MY blood of the new testement, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Matthew Chapter 26, verses 26 – 28.
At that last supper, Our LORD JESUS knew every stripe and abuse that awaited HIM. The ridicule, pain and torture that would take HIS life, was before HIM, but so also was the victory that was going to be available for mankind three days afterward.
I know I am not the only one who can not even imagine what LOVE that was revealed in these Truths. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound…..
The mental, spiritual and physical torture that JESUS endured for us is beyond imagination. Yet, a portion of the physical torture is evident on the Shroud. Yes it shows many of the wounds that JESUS endured for you and I. Many of the explanations of these scientific facts are easily found in numerous books and studies from around the world. There are numerous authors, however I an familiar with Professor Giulio Fanti’s.
Lets remember, science cannot explain how the image formed. Let me refresh your memory. Two thousand and sixteen years ago something happened that todays science cannot explain. Some scientists descibe it as a laser type device that we do not even have the technology today to produce. This happened in an ancient time compared to today. GOD Almighty left the image of JESUS as HE was Resurrected, so that we would see part of HIS suffering as well as HIS victory over death for us.
The Shroud holds a photo of sorts of JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD. Yes, it is real. I saw HIM 42 years ago on that highway when he saved me from sure death.
And yes there is power in GODS RIGHT ARM and HIS HAND. Reference is made to it over and over throughout the Old Testement and many times in the new testement.
In Job, Niv version ,Chapter 40, verse 9, GOD speaks” Do you have an arm like GOD’S and can your voice thunder like HIS?. and verse 14 reads then I MYSELF will admit to you that your own right hand can save you.”
It is real my friends and so is GOD. The ONE TRUE GOD.
You can look at this post as “a voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the LORD, make HIS paths straight” Matthew, Chapter 3, verse 3.
We must all remind each other ,and all people to repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. And that when we least expect it, Our LORD, will bring this time on earth to an end or come back for HIS Church, whichever comes first..
Seek HIM and ask HIM to come into your heart and life today.
” But as we were allowed of GOD to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing to men, but GOD, which trieth our heart.” 1 Thessalonians. Chapter 2, verse 4.
Approved of GOD to live and speak the Gospel. Amazing.
Once you accept the Lord JESUS into your heart, you are commissioned to take the Gospel into all the world until HE returns. Many of us can’ t literally do that but we can do it within our own area or to those in our lives or circle. Also we can affect the larger world by supporting missionaries, Churches , Gideons, etc. which can be our extension into those global areas.
The Scripture reads that HE trusts us with speaking the Gospel and even more living it. This responsibility of living and speaking the Gospel is a serious commission. We must be good stewards of GOD’S Word and of our actions. We are always under a microscope when we live for CHRIST. Will we be criticised, talked wrongfully of, misunderstood? Will we fall short sometimes? For sure, but GOD will forgive us and help us along the way. GOD knows our hearts and intent, and that is what counts.
What we do should be done in obedience to HIM, and to please HIM. If we try to please everyone else, we will miss the mark. Don’t get me wrong, we should not intentionally offend in regard to the Gospel, but the Gospel itself is an offense to many, but we must live and speak the truth in love. This is our duty as children of GOD.
Yes, child of GOD, when you accept HIM as Lord of your life, you are adopted as a child of HIS. Glory to HIS WONDERFUL NAME. HIS Love is that great for you and I! HE would like nothing more than for everyone to accept it. He won’t force it on anyone. It is your free will to choose. HIS Love and life eternal is your choice alone to receive. HE has made it available for all.
” Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve GOD acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our GOD IS a consuming fire.” Hebrews Chapter 12: 28-29.
If we could only grasp what our LORD has truly done for us and WHO HE truly IS. HE has, by HIS death and Resurrection, given us an unmovable kingdom. Yes, we have been given rights over the enemy and that is through THE LORD JESUS’ Blood and in HIS NAME. The HOLY SPIRIT has been given for OUR Council , Help and Guidance. HIS Kingdom has come to us on earth as it IS in heaven because of JESUS’ death and Resurrection. Anything contrary to that thought is deception from the enemy which once perceived can be made null and brought under submission by the Cross.
Let us take from this HOLY Scripture, how we should proceed with our walk with HIM. It should not only be with recognition of the power and authority in HIS NAME, but with Grace. This is to mimick the Love and Mercy that HE IS and has shown us. Seasoned in HIS LOVE. ” And now abideth Faith, Hope, Love, these three; but the greatest is Love. 1 Corinthians, Chapter 13 verse 13.
Let us also walk in true Reverence toward the LORD. All Glory IS HIS. Let us serve GOD acceptably. Though HE gives us power over the enemy and that those spirits must obey, let us instead rejoice in the fact that are names are written in the LAMB’S Book of Life. But be assured they must obey us in JESUS NAME , because of the death and Resurrection of Our LORD JESUS CHRIST. To GOD BE the Glory!! “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto MY FATHER. And whatsoever ye shall ask in MY NAME, that will I do, that the FATHER be glorified in the SON.” John, Chapter 14, verses 12 and 13.
Let us walk in godly fear. This is knowing that HE IS over all things, knows all thoughts and meditations of the heart, and that HIS WORD IS TRUTH and LIFE. There is a heaven made available to all who will receive and believe and a hell for those who refuse. “But GOD forbid that I should glory, except in the cross of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, by WHOM the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. Be not deceived; GOD IS not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” Galatians, Chapter 6, verses 14 and 7.
Be strong IN the LORD, and the Power of HIS WORD. Dont be deceived or discouraged, “And every spirit that confesseth not that JESUS CHRIST IS come in the flesh is not of GOD: and this is the spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now is already in the world. Ye are of GOD, little children, and have overcome them; because Greater IS HE that IS in you , than he that is in the world.” 1 John, Chapter 4, verses 3 and 4.
As children of GOD, we can rest assured that we are unmovable because of GOD’S Love for us, through the death and Resurrection of JESUS CHRIST Our LORD and Savior. Glory to GOD in the HIGHEST to HIS NAME FOREVER. AMEN
In the Book of Galatians, verses 4 and 5 , the Gospel reads: “WHO gave HIMSELF for our sins, that HE might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of GOD and our FATHER: to WHOM BE Glory for ever and ever, Amen.”
The world we live in has many challenges and temptations. However, by the sacrifice of CHRIST and the love of the FATHER, HE has given us the power over sin. We must choose to seperate ourselves from sin, but not from the people of the world. HE came to the people of the world but was not conformed to their ways. Likewise we are in the world but should not be of the world. Do we fall short? Yes, but we have an advocate WHO has made an avenue for us to ask forgiveness and put that sin away. For HE was sinless yet paid the price for the sin of the world.
Do we love people as CHRIST did? We should. This is impossible to fully obtain yet we must continually pursue this. We should not be transformed to their ways or be pulled away from GOD’S ways. GOD’S way does not change. We cannot change WHO HE IS or conform HIS Ways to how we think it should be.
The Bible IS the inspired WORD of GOD, and its entirety should be believed and treated as such. That doesn’t mean we will understand all of it, however, GOD will reveal it to us in HIS timing and HIS will as we ask and need. HIS thoughts are above our thoughts and HIS Ways are above our ways.
Another topic that needs to be addressed is the fact that the joy which the LORD gives is beyond words in regard to enjoying life while here on earth and looking forward to growing in HIM. It is truly about HIM. I enjoy travel, exercise, cooking, laughing, working , playing and all the benefits which GOD allows. I especially enjoy meeting with others of like precious faith to share the reading and teaching of HIS WORD and to worship and praise HIM , WHO so dearly loves us. HIS presence is real and it is HIS Promise that where two or more are gathered in HIS NAME there HE WILL BE as well. There are so many simple pleasures in life that GOD provides. But HIS AWESOME PRESENCE and Peace IS the greatest!
A loose wild lifestyle, gluttonous living, anger, resentment and cruelty should not be part of our life . HE delivers us from all our faults and poor habits. Yes, I have sinned like that in the past, but I have been washed clean and when I fall short again, the HOLY SPIRIT will convict my heart and I will repent. HE IS Faithful to forgive. It is funny though that as you grow in the LORD that things which are trivial to most , appear to me clearly wrong, so I repent, ask forgiveness and go forward. This happens because HE increases our sensitivity to sin. You see HE IS the Potter and we are the clay. HE molds and shapes us into a more beautiful work than we can ever imagine. Not for ourselves to see and be puffed up but for HIM to take note of. Praise BE HIS HOLY NAME! Be Blessed in HIM today. AMEN
In the Book of 2nd Peter, Chapter 3, verses 7, 8 and 9, the Gospel reads: ” But the heavens and the earth which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgement and perdition of ungodly men. But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day IS with the LORD as a thousand years , and a thousand years as one day. The LORD is not slack concerning HIS promises, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
In this third Chapter of second Peter, the gospel describes some truths regarding the end times. It descibes the fact that the end will come quickly and without the knowledge of anyone except the FATHER. JESUS even explains to the disciples in the Gospel that even HE knows not the time nor the hour, that this is reserved only to the knowledge of the FATHER. This is a promise, just as is the fact , that anyone who believes in their heart and confesses with their mouth that JESUS IS LORD, shall be saved, is a promise of GOD.
Also remember that time itself has no barriers or boundaries with GOD. The end can come today or a thousand years from now. But it will come quickly and thus we should live according to GOD’S WAY, as to not face the fire reserved for the ungodly.
JESUS gave HIS Life so we would see the LOVE OF GOD, and return unto HIM and be saved. Eternal life is freely given to all who will believe and receive. Don’t wait. This is your opportunity for salvation and peace secured in JESUS CHRIST to the GLORY of the FATHER.
Ask HIM to come into your heart today. Today is the day of your salvation. You will be changed forever and will wonder why you waited so long.
Whether you believe in miracles or not, they happen every day.
When you put your trust in the LORD, nothing is left to chance. It means your steps are ordered and guided by HIM.
After you give control to the LORD, it is important to obey HIS promptings. If you don’t, you may miss your miracle, or a soul may be lost, or an opportunity to be used of HIM may pass. Whatever the case, obey HIM.
When you are HIS, you will recognize HIS Voice. This was discussed in a recent post that I made. If it goes against the WORD OF GOD ( Holy Bible), don’t do it. It is not of HIM. HE will not ask you to do anything that is against HIS WORD.
HE may ask you to do something out of the ordinary, or to tell someone you don’t know something, or to pray for someone a certain way. The list goes on. You may not understand why or may not ever know the outcome. But be assured, it will be effective for you or someone else. Later in life you may understand or one day in heaven it may be revealed to you. But praise GOD, to HIM be the Glory.
In HIS WORD, HE says that each part of the body ( the Church), is important for the whole body to function properly. No matter how small or large the part is, it is necessary for full effective functioning. Don’t look at small parts as insignificant. The mustard seed was used by the LORD as an example of how a smallest of seeds planted can grow into a large tree so that birds may even come and rest upon it. The same is true when you plant a seed in others. It can grow into a salvation for someone and their family, a healing or even a ministry that will touch many, many lives. Don’t ever under estimate what the smallest jesture or act prompted by the LORD can accomplish!
Remember, be bold in HIM, to be used of HIM. Don’t try to do it on your own. If you will but put your trust in HIM, HE will guide you in all your ways. This is HIS WORD and HIS Promise to HIS children. HIS WORD also says that though the world will one day pass away, yet HIS WORD will remain.
Thank YOU FATHER GOD for speaking and guiding us, for using us and helping us. I Praise YOU JESUS for YOU are Truly Worthy. YOU are closer than a friend or brother. Amazing are YOUR WAYS OH LORD. AMEN
The Gospel of John, Chapter 17 is , in my opinion , one of the most beautiful conversations of JESUS with the FATHER that is documented. Please read verses 1 – 26.
Be amazed at the love and truth that is so powerfully and gently spoken here.
In verse 3, JESUS states, ” and this is life eternal, that they might know THEE, the ONLY TRUE GOD, and JESUS CHRIST, WHOM THOU has sent.”
This one Scripture alone describes the ultimate truth of GOD’S WILL for mankind. This is not an over exaggeration. It is the Whole Truth of our FATHER’S Love and the reason for the sacrifice that JESUS Our LORD made for us all.
If you haven’t already, please take the time to read John, Chapter 17 and meditate upon it. It can change your life both here and eternally……
Thank YOU LORD for your example of how to interact with and trust YOU Dear FATHER. Help us each to realize more how deep YOUR love is for us and how YOU long for us to have True relationship with YOU. Worthy IS the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!
The Bible reads in the Epistle, 1st John, Chapter 4 , verse 19: “we love HIM because HE first loved us.”
GOD’S Mercy draws us unto HIMSELF. Yes, HE first loved us. HE had us in mind after creating the earth and the creatures that roam and inhabit it. HE created us in HIS OWN Image to bless us with peace, life, and to have fellowship with us. Yes, we were the prize of HIS handiwork. Yet through Adam and Eve’s disobedience, their course was changed. The peace and joy that they once had was gone. But GOD still loved us and already knew that through the sacrifice, obedience and love of HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, we would have the opportunity for Redemption. This would restore peace, joy and fellowship again with Our Creator. To fellowship with HIM again without fear, regret or guilt. Yes, HE loves us beyond our imagination.
That is why we should love HIM for WHO HE IS and for the heart HE has for us. Yes, we do love that HE takes care of us and that HE provides for us. But behind it all, is a heart full of love for HIS creation, mankind.
No matter our faults, HE will forgive us when we ask. HE will help us along this road of life on earth.
The Cross of JESUS CHRIST broke the chain of sin. We must realize our sin and follow HIS ways.
Whether sins of the flesh such as sexual immorality, adultery, homosexuality, coveting of others spouses or properties, or spiritual sins like jealousy, pride, unforgiveness, anger, fear, gossip or judging of others, GOD wants to forgive you and heal you.
When you turn to HIM as the LORD of your life, HE will begin to change you. Don’t wait to change yourself before accepting HIM. HE will take you as you are and begin the process of changing you.
Remember, turning to HIM is the step you need to take for your life to start changing.
Ask HIM to come into your life today , and be Amazed at the joy and peace that you will receive. Thank HIM everyday and read HIS WORD. He will fellowship with you in wonderful, amazing ways and grow you in ways you never imagined. HE IS a Good, Good Father.

Loving The Lord and trusting that HE died for your sins and salvation is one thing many Christians know .
Being guided by The Lord and knowing when HE speaks to your heart about something is another matter. It is not so easy sometimes amid the clatter of busy lives, work, school and family.
How do you know then? The bible says in the Gospel of John, Chapter 10, verse27, when JESUS says: “My sheep know MY voice and I know them and they follow ME.” This is HIS promise. As you grow in your walk with the LORD, I would hope that it gets easier. But the main thing is to trust HIS promise that you will know HIS Voice. Many times if you are questioning that you heard from the LORD, HE will confirm it by an incident, a person or some other way for you. Trust HIM!!
Many times you will know instantly, but then the enemy or even your own thoughts can play against you. That is why you must act upon that word you received and keep trusting. Many times it may be GOD’S way to see if you will obey. HE molds us and shapes us, always to grow our relationship with HIM and to grow us into who HE wants us to be.
He truly is the GOOD SHEPARD! When you are HIS, you will know HIS voice. When you don’t hear HIM speak, look to HIS WORD. But trust HIM, HE hears you and will take good care of you. Just hang on and believe.
Father, we thank YOU for knowing us and hearing us and we ask LORD that you would encourage each of us to learn to hear your voice always. Thank YOU LORD JESUS for making it possible for the HOLY SPIRIT to be available to each of your sheep. We Bless YOUR NAME OH LORD. For YOU are Truly Worthy! Amen
In verses 12, 13 and 14 of Psalm 19, David asked the LORD to help him in three areas of his life. In verse 12 , he states, ” who can understand his errors? cleanse me LORD from my secret faults, verse 13 states, keep back thy servant from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me.” Verse 14 reads, ” let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. “In verses 7 – 11 of Psalm 19 , King David proclaims that GOD IS GOD, and that his help comes from the LORD. He also states that GOD’S WORD is perfect, true and right and that this is what we should be guided by. That HIS WORD carries more value than the finest gold. Then he goes on to admit he is a sinner in need of GOD’S forgiveness. In need of The HOLY SPIRIT for guidance and the LORD’S intercession for strength. As powerful and well known as King David was, he knew he had no hope without GOD. He knew he was in need of forgiveness and that GOD was able to help HIM in life by HIS HOLY SPIRIT. He also knew that he could hide nothing, because GOD knows each heart and each motive. This is an example of why the LORD said that David was a man after GOD’S own heart. He knew his limitations, his shortfalls, was willing to ask forgiveness of GOD and turn from his ways. He also knew that GOD had all things in HIS control if we would but trust and obey HIM.
Don’t try to do it on your own. GOD is more willing to help than we realize and has given HIS WORD for our support and guidance. HIS HOLY SPIRIT is freely given to those who accept HIM as LORD.
There is no greater hope than this! That YOU are a Good Good GOD and a true friend dear LORD and we thank YOU IN JESUS NAME. Amen.
The same GOD that raised JESUS from the dead lives in you. This truth alone should be reason enough to shout praise to our GOD continually! The GOD that you serve is alive in you and through you. In you, to raise your dead marriage to life, to bring your relationships with family back to order, to bring your finances or health back to life, to bring your past to the foot of the cross where we can be forgiven fully and given new hope. The list goes on and on. Does that mean that it is always easy or that is will cost you no time or effort. Of course not, it may cost you giving up pride or your sense of being right, it may cost you continual prayer for GOD to work out a situation in HIS timing and HIS way for you. It may take you stepping out of the boat as Peter did into the dark and stormy waters. Regardless, it takes faith and trust that GOD IS Good and that HE IS for you, that HE loves you and wants a relationship with you so that HE can mold and shape you into who HE would have you to be and to use you for HIS Glory and HIS Kingdom’s sake.

In many of my posts, I give reference to GOD’S WORD, for this is Truth and Life. This is important because Faith comes by hearing the Word of GOD. I then explore my thoughts regarding HIS WORD. However in this post, I am going to get more personal.
When I was just a teenager, GOD reached down with HIS Strong Right Hand to save me from certain death in an automobile. The full explanation of this miracle is layed out in my first post. When I was 18 years old , I was not living for CHRIST nor according to GOD’S WORD. Instead , I was living for myself and not familiar with much of GOD’S WORD. When HE reached out from between the clouds to save me, I was a wretch saved by the Mercy and Grace of GOD, both physically and later spiritually.
I was no different than the thief on the cross next to JESUS, or the soldiers who scourged and crucified HIM, or the man who was possessed and tormented by many demons ( Legion). These people were all extended Grace and Mercy by GOD, undeserved, yet offered by our Loving Creator.
The thief gave his heart to the Lord in an instant. He was saved and a place in heaven was secured for him. Also before JESUS died on the cross, HE said about HIS torturers, “FATHER forgive them for they know not what they do. This was undeserved grace. And, as for Legion, who was possessed of many demons, he was approached by JESUS alone. JESUS sought him from among the tombs, crossing a lake to get there. HE left the ninety- nine to find the one lost sheep. Legion bowed his heart to CHRIST and was delivered and healed immediately. He then became a truly, changed man, following CHRIST and spreading the Gospel. He was saved by Grace and extended Mercy. The list goes on and on and on…
JESUS came to save those that are lost and those in need of a physician. HIS desire is that not one would be lost. HIS Grace and Mercy are for anyone and everyone who will allow HIM into their heart and choose HIM as their Redeemer.
Redeemer means that HE has purchased you. And yes the price was giving all HE had. The gift was given. It is now up to you to receive it.

Thank YOU LORD JESUS for your grace unto us. We don’ t deserve it LORD, but we receive it knowing that it is a gift that shall not be wasted. The price YOU paid is way higher than I can ever imagine. YOU are a Good , Good GOD and Worthy of All Glory , Honor, and Praise in JESUS NAME. AMEN
There are a lot of people and circumstances that we encounter in our daily lives that can challenge our peace and the demonstration of our love of GOD. This is why so many times in the Bible, we are reminded to show love and patience. After all this is how GOD is to us. So us being filled with the HOLY SPIRIT is a necessity to achieve this.
1 Thessalonians, Chapter 5, verses 14 and 15 read: ” warn the unruly, comfort the fainthearted, support the weak, be patient toward all men. See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but always follow that which is good.”
In Galatians, Chapter 5, verse 16: ” Walk in the SPIRIT, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.” Our flesh rejoices when we get even with someone or when we defeat a foe. It feels good to the flesh but the SPIRIT of GOD will place a check on it. Acting out in the flesh is contrary to GOD’S way.
Even though the SPIRIT of GOD brings victories, the disciples were warned not to rejoice in this. They were told by GOD, not to rejoice in the fact that the evil spirits must obey but instead to rejoice that their names were written in the LAMB’S BOOK of LIFE.
1 THESSALONIANS, Chapter 5, verses 8- 9 reads: Put on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. For GOD had not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.”
Your name awaits its penning in JESUS’ Book of Life.
Today is the Day of your Salvation!
Don’t let another day go by without asking JESUS into your heart and asking HIM to be the LORD of your life.
The WORD of GOD is timeless. It is for today, yesterday and the future. The Bible also teaches us that JESUS is the same yesterday, today and forever.
In the Gospel of John, Chapter 1, verses 1 – 5, the Scripture reads: ” In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD. The SAME was in the beginning with GOD. All things were made by HIM; and without HIM was not any thing made that was made. In HIM was LIFE and the LIFE was the LIGHT of men. And the LIGHT shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”
You see , you cannot seperate GOD from HIS WORD, nor can you seperate JESUS from GOD. In fact these Scriptures refer to JESUS as the WORD and as LIFE and the LIGHT. Verse 3 even refers to HIM as the CREATOR.
This may be confusing to some, but it is very simple. GOD IS THREE in ONE. HE IS the FATHER, the SON and the HOLY SPIRIT. This is the TRINITY.
This IS the GOD we serve. A mystery, yet the TRUTH. You can never explain GOD in scientific or natural terms. That is impossible. HE IS above these conditions.
My friend, one day we will meet our CREATOR and stand before HIM. Then all things will become clear. HE IS for you and not against you. As verse 5 explains , do not let the deceiver, the darkness, keep you from this blessing. You see, satan’s future is prepared and he would like no better than to take as many with him to the pit that he can. He had it all in the beginning but couldn’t comprehend the LIGHT, and there you have it, he was cast out of heaven. JESUS , THE LIGHT has come and restored us back to GOD. If we let ourselves not comprehend the LIGHT, then we are in the same place as satan, cast out of our home in heaven. Plus, while on this earth, we give up the benefits of GOD, HIS PRESENCE and the power given us in GOD’S WORD.
Be Blessed today and forever. Let the CREATOR, SAVIOR, THE GOD ALMIGHTY and LOVER of your soul into your life today. Just ask HIM and see that GOD IS GOOD and HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER! I love YOU LORD in JESUS NAME. AMEN
In the Second Epistle of John, verse 6, the Bible reads: ” And this is love, that we walk after HIS commandments. This is the commandment, That as you have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.”
To me this says, if you love GOD like HE loves you, then you will obey HIM. This is the same commandment from the beginning of our existence. Just do it.
John, one of the Zebedee brothers, the disciple that was the beloved of JESUS, speaks through The HOLY SPIRIT , plain and bold to the Church and the lost of his time and our time.
He goes on in verse 9 to share GOD’S WORD, ” Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of CHRIST, hath not GOD. He that abidith in the doctrine of CHRIST, he hath the FATHER and the SON.
In my words, it says that if you don’t accept CHRIST as the Redeemer and Savior of the world, that this is sin and you don’t know GOD. Instead , accept CHRIST into your heart and you shall be saved and have the FATHER’S love.
The Apostle John had real experiences and time spent with JESUS, both before and after the Resurrection of Our LORD. In fact after Mary Magdeline found the empty tomb of the LORD, she ran and told Peter and John to come see. John was the first to arrive and he went in and saw the burial linens there and believed. No doubt after he saw the shroud image that was left on those linens he knew the LORD had risen. Many times during the 40 days after the Resurrection, JESUS appeared to HIS disciples and many others, teaching, talking and even eating with them. I can only imagine the scars(holes) from the spikes which were driven through HIS feet and wrists still evident to those around HIM. There was no doubt in any of their minds that JESUS is the ONLY WAY, THE TRUTH and THE LIFE. No wonder why John and all the disciples stood by the truth even to their cruel deaths as martyrs for CHRIST.
Once we spend time in the PRESENCE of the RISEN LORD, we are forever changed. We are in a place of peace with GOD. Let us walk boldly and confident in our Faith. The price that was paid was priceless. The price was the endured death and the shed precious Blood of JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD.
Charity (Love) suffereth long and is kind; charity (love) envieth not; charity (love) vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinkith no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, beleiveth all things, hopeth all things enduring all things. 1 Corinthians, verses 4- 7.
To me this is a picture of JESUS. To me this is the image left on the Shroud. HE set an example for us when HE lived among us. HE was Holy and without sin. HE died for us in a most incredibly , tortuous way, as is visibly evidenced on the Shroud. These are facts.
Now, lets bring it home to where we live. Love tolerates much (normal daily tolerances NOT ABUSES) and is kind. Love is not jealous or high minded. Love does not act filthy or look out for themselves. Love is not easily angered and shuns the evil thought quickly. Love does not rejoice in sin, instead rejoices in the real truth. Love bears the flaws of others graciously, believes the Bible fully and puts all their trust in GOD through HIS SON JESUS.
Thank YOU FATHER GOD for allowing JESUS to come, and allowing The HOLY SPIRIT to be sent unto us. We can truly say that all our hope is in you. YOU are a good, good FATHER in JESUS NAME. AMEN
In the Book of Colossians, Chapter 3, verses 11 – 17 and Chapter 4, verses 1 – 6, GOD gives clear and simple direction to HIS followers through the penning of the Apostle Paul in The Holy Scriptures: ” Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, cicumcision or uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but CHRIST is all, and in all. Put on therefore , as the elect of GOD, holy and beloved, bowels of mercy, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as CHRIST forgave you, so also do ye. And above all things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of GOD rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body, and be ye thankful. Let the word of CHRIST dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to the LORD. And whatever ye do in word or deed, do all in the NAME of the LORD JESUS, giving thanks to GOD and the FATHER by HIM. Continue in prayer and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Withal praying for us, that GOD would open us a door by utterance to speak the mystery of CHRIST, for which I am in bonds. That I may make it manifest as I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”
What I get from it is this: It doesn’t matter who you are, where you are from, or what you have done. HE loves you all and forgives those who ask, and for this HE is worthy of all praise and honor. So be like HIM. Be holy, kind, humble, patient, modest, and forgive each other as HE forgave you. Above all, love one another and be merciful one to another. Prefer your brother/ sister more than yourself. Do it knowing that HE did it first and do it with HIM in mind. Don’t get tired of praying and be thankful for what you have. Ask GOD to open doors to share your testimony with others. But don’t overwhelm them with your teachings, be led by THE HOLY SPIRIT, which is true wisdom.
I need encouragement and instruction often and where I get it is The Word of GOD.
In the Book of Proverbs, Chapter 18, verse 10 reads; “The NAME of The LORD IS a Strong Tower; the righteous run into it and is safe.”
As I meditate upon this Scripture, there are several instances in Scripture that come to mind. One is when King David, as just a small teenage lad, stood up to Goliath the Philistine giant, in The NAME of The GOD of Israel. He ran to his challenge in The NAME of the LORD and GOD brought amazing victory that stunned the armies and the nations. This IS The NAME of Our GOD.
Also my mind goes to Daniel when he refused to obey the law of the king, not to pray. Yet he prayed anyway, knowing the NAME above all names. He would not bow before any other NAME except The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. When he was thrown into a den of savage , hungry, man eating lions, he was untouched. He actually rested in the midst of them. Our GOD IS a Strong Tower, the righteous run into it and are safe.
I think of the three young Israeli boys who refused to worship the king. They would only reserve that for THE KING of KINGS, The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. They were willing to be thrown in a furnace and burned to death than to do that. But while in the midst of the fire they were seen walking around and there was another seen in there with them who appeared to be The SON OF GOD. They came out of that fire without even the smell of smoke on them. Their GOD WAS a Strong Tower. They were righteous in their ways and they put their trust in GOD and were safe.
Time after time after time, GOD showed HIMSELF MIGHTY for HIS people. This IS WHO I will put my trust in. There is no other way. It doesn’t always mean that you will be rescued right then, but HE will take care of you. Look at the life of Job. anything and everything possible that was bad happened to him. Yet he would not curse GOD or take his trust off of GOD. He ended up being blessed in the end but I could not imagine the endurance of trust that he had. Amazing trust!
The disciples of CHRIST suffered horific deaths but would not change their mind about CHRIST as the Risen LORD. They are in the presence of The LORD forever more. HE IS Faithful to HIS Promises. Not standing for CHRIST is not an option. HE IS a Strong Tower; the righteous run into it and is safe.
YOU ARE a Good, Good FATHER and we worship YOU Oh LORD in JESUS NAME. Amen.
In the Book of Acts, Chapter 2, verse 39, it reads “For the promise is unto you and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD Our GOD shall call.”
The Bible teaches us that all of GOD’S promises are yes and amen. HIS promises are to you and your children, and all that the LORD calls unto salvation.
What a promise! When you call upon the LORD, it is because you are drawn to HIM by The HOLY SPIRIT. The Bible teaches us that anyone who calls upon the NAME of the LORD shall be saved. It teaches us that those who confess with their mouth and believe in their heart that JESUS IS LORD, shall be saved. That invitation is open to everyone!
Get a Bible and begin to read. The Bible app is also an excellent resource.
Read HIS WORD, HIS PROMISE. Let it into your heart and mind. See WHO HE really IS and the Love HE has for us all.
Meditate on HIS LOVE. Seek HIM by praying or by talking with him out loud. Whether in your car or outside on a walk or at home alone, just talk to HIM as a friend. With open ears and open arms, HE awaits and longs for for your interactions with HIM.
When you begin to know HIS WORD, you begin to know HIM and HE will become more real to you. This is the beginning of a Love relationship with the creator of the world and your creator. This is a match truly made in heaven. Be Blessed in JESUS NAME.
In the Book of Acts, Chapter 2 the Apostle Peter, after being filled with the HOLY SPIRIT speaks boldly to the religious leaders and the people that stood before him. In Chapter 3, verses 6 – 8 a miracle is performed through Peter and Chapter 4, verses 6 – 10 gives you Peter’s response to the religous leaders in how he was used of GOD and Peter’s lack of credit for this miracle in which he was involved . Peter gave all Glory to GOD! But in Chapter 4, verse 12, Peter says ” Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved”.
You see, when you see miracles like the lame walk again, the blind see, the deaf hear, the dead live, your heart is changed. For in the PRESENCE of the LORD or by the Power of GOD revealed through these acts you will believe. You must understand that these are done out of GOD’S Mercy and Love but it is also done for the people to know HIS LOVE, HIS POWER and HIS NAME.
Yes, HIM reaching from between the clouds to save me is a supernatural event, just as the miracles described above. This was the result of someone seeking GOD for me ( a prayer made for me by someone that day) or it was directly done for me as part of GOD’S Great Purpose or Plan for me.
Regardless, it is by HIM so that the people might know that HE IS Good and that HE IS GOD. Yes, I saw HIS FACE and it was the Face of the Shroud and yes HIS ARM was extended for miles to save me and yes there is no other NAME in which you can be saved.
Repent and believe as the Gospels proclaim! One day we will all stand before HIM. Choose to serve HIM now. Ask HIM to reveal HIMSELF to you. Open your heart and wait. Be amazed when HE does. HE loves you and cares for each one of us. Be Blessed in JESUS NAME.
These days, there are very many pictures (negatives) of the Shroud fabric that covered Our LORD at HIS death and RESURRECTION. This fabric holds detailed markings of the many wounds inflicted upon Our LORD JESUS for our salvation and forgiveness of sins.
You can look and see how many wounds and the severity of HIS suffering for us. It is clearly documented how many wounds , how violent the beating was , how the large spikes that were violently nailed through HIS wrists and feet, how HE hung on that rugged cross until the life was drawn from HIM, and this is just a portion of the truth of HIS sacrifice. HE knew what was going to be done to HIM before it happened. HE endured seeing HIS own mother and friends watch as HE was tortured and killed. That alone took great Strength in LOVE for us.
Clear your mind and meditate on what torture and death that HE endured for us, and you will understand. It must go deeply into your mind, as if you were going through it, to really comprehend what HE did and how HE LOVED.
HE was determined to finish it and HE did.
My friend, please see this love letter of CHRIST to you, written in blood by HIS Great LOVE for us all.
The victory for us came when HE was Resurrected. But the Image that HE left on the Shroud and the thoughts of what it must have been like for HIM can only be realized in your heart as you meditate on HIS LOVE for you.
Thank HIM with me today and always. For HE IS an Awesome GOD and Our True SAVIOR!! We love YOU JESUS. Amen.
In the Old Testement, The Book of Haggai, Chapter 2 tells of how The Word of The LORD came to this prophet and the Truth was told. He speaks to the governor, the high priest and the people. He tells them to be strong and reminds them that they had seen the Glory of GOD but now had slidden into unclean ways and have truly forgotten that special place with GOD. But GOD tells them to work again at being holy and to be strong and HE WHO IS Rich in Mercy shall return to them, the relationship and the Blessing of HIS PRESENCE.
We all get caught up in things that take away from our time with GOD or we even fall short in doing what is right. But remember, HE IS always ready to forgive our sins and heal all our hearts and minds, to restore a true relationship again. If you have not yet made a true relationship with HIM, now is the time. If you will but take a step of faith and ask with truth of heart , HE will receive you as a child. Your heart will be changed and your future in heaven secured. Peace beyond understanding will overwhelm you. Then it will be up to you to continue to nuture that relationship.
Now to continue in the dicussion in Haggai Chapter 2 , HE reminds them that HIS Will shall be done and that HIS Power will crush their enemies, bringing victory to HIS people in the midst of them all. HE IS Mighty and HE IS Faithful.
HE reminds them to start again from this day forward and stay in right relationship with HIM. HE IS Merciful.
HE IS HOLY and WORTHY. HE changes not and IS True to HIS Promises. HE IS the same yesterday, today and forever.
Be Blessed and Renewed in HIS WAY and HIS PRESENCE from today forward in JESUS NAME. Amen
Just as in the day of Paul the Apostle, today the instruction from GOD and the Truth remains the same.
In 1 Timothy , Chapter 2 verses 1 – 5, The Bible reads” I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings and all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceably life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of GOD Our SAVIOR: WHO will have all men to be saved, and come unto the knowledge of the Truth. For there IS one GOD and ONE Mediator between GOD and men, the man JESUS CHRIST: WHO gave HIMSELF as ransom for all, to be testified in due time.”
First of all Pray!! Pray for each other. Weather you pray for the lost or saved, but pray, especially for those in authority, that they may be true and honest. They have much control over our circumstances, and GOD will use our prayers to bring an effect to us. GOD is ultimately in contol but HE wants us to show our trust in HIS intercession for us by prayer. When you put your trust in man, you get what man can do, but when you put your trust in prayer you get what GOD can do.
Secondly believe!! HE Lives, and makes intercession at the Right Hand of The FATHER. The Shroud holds an imprinted “picture” of our Risen LORD. HE saved me from being crushed inder the wheels of a truck by jerking my car out of harms way. I was 18 or 19 years old. That was over 40 years ago. About 15 years ago I saw a “picture” of WHO that was. IT WAS THE FACE OF HE THAT THE SHROUD HOLDS. If you want to read the entire event as it happened then read my first blog post.
This isn’t about me. It is about HIM WHO IS Great in Mercy and Love for all people. HE created you and I in HIS Image. We are HIS handiwork and the apple of HIS Eye.
The Scripture reminds us that GOD loves us all and wants us all to come to the knowledge that JESUS CHRIST has redeemed us and IS the only WAY to GOD.
